Ocean Villas

Ocean Villas defines the ethos of design worth building. When designing the units it was important to make it "feel open" as if you were connected to the outdoors, says architect David Portwood co-owner of Davenport Consulting Group.

This was achieved by implementing high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior of the units is impressive and features gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, high-end Italian cabinetry, wine cooler standard, garden baths, spacious walk-in closets, gas fireplaces, and built-in electric grills on the balconies. Only a few condominium buildings in the area boost these types of well-planned luxuries in Daytona Beach Shores.
