Ocean Villas defines the ethos of design worth building. When designing the units it was important to make it "feel open" as if you were connected to the outdoors, says architect David Portwood co-owner of Davenport Consulting Group.

This was achieved by implementing high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
