When thinking about motivation, the first thing you need to do is create your space around you at work and home. This space needs to remain simple and positive. The things around you have a lot to do with the way you feel and if you will be motivated or stuck in a funk.

Your office space should contain and display items that make you feel positive about life and about reaching goals.
